The Internal Revenue Service economic stimulus payment campaign has included more than 500,000 notices sent to Virginia residents to make sure they file their 2007 income tax returns. I.R.S. spokesman Jim Dupree says that's the only way to get a stimulus payment of at least $300. Many I.R.S. service locations, including the one in Roanoke, will open Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help residents get 1040a forms filled out.
