Joey
is a Warsaw, Virginia native and began his radio career
in 1983. He and his wife Sue have been married for 12 years and
have two girls. Maggie, 12, and Montgomery Leigh, 2. Joey loves doing the news and is an avid sports fan.
He's a big fan of the Virginia Tech Hokies and Nascar. Joey is the track announcer for the
Martinsville Speedway and the Motor Mile Speedway in Radford.
His favorite thing to do is spend time with his family. Joey has been the host of the Roanoke Valley's Morning News since 2002.
